Miranda Restovic - 2015 COLA Alumna of the YearMiranda Restovic

Miranda Restovic (MPA Public Administration 2013) is Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities (LEH) President/Executive Director as well as Director of PRIME TIME Family Reading Time. Restovic previously served as LEH Deputy Director, as well as Director of the LEH’s PRIME TIME Family Reading Time program. During her tenure as Deputy Director, she led the organization’s strategic planning, coordinated the organizational assessment process instituted by the National Endowment for the Humanities, and directed federal initiatives including PRIME TIME’s 10th national expansion grant. During her tenure with PRIME TIME, she has provided direction for strategic and extensive program expansion, resulting in the publication of the first longitudinal study linking PRIME TIME to student academic achievement, establishment of new programs in early childhood education (PRIME TIME Preschool) and teacher professional development (PRIME TIME HomeRoom), as well as a comprehensive program model for schools and districts titled PRIME TIME Full Circle. Restovic holds a Master in Public Administration degree from the University of New Orleans and a B.A. in International Relations and Italian from Mount Holyoke College, where she was awarded the Robert P. Sibley Creative Writing Award. She is the recipient of the 2015 College Of Liberal Arts Distinguished Alumna Award.
